Last updated: April 22, 2026

This privacy policy explains how Printable Fridge Art (“we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit printablefridgeart.com (the “Service”). We operate from Denmark and comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish Data Protection Act.

Summary

You can download free coloring pages without an account. We do not require personal information for free downloads and we do not sell your data. We use cookies for advertising, security, and aggregate analytics. You can contact us at rr@rtrosenberg.dk at any time about your data.

Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Email address, if you choose to subscribe to our newsletter or make a purchase.
  • Payment information, processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card details on our own servers.
  • Administrator account information (name, email) via Google sign-in, only for site operators.

Information collected automatically

  • IP address and request headers, used transiently for rate limiting and abuse prevention. These records live in memory and are discarded within minutes.
  • Aggregate download and view counts per coloring page. These counters do not identify individual visitors.
  • Cookies and similar technologies set by us and our third-party partners (see Cookies below).

Cookies

We and our third-party partners use cookies for the following purposes:

  • Essential cookies for administrator authentication (only if you sign in to the admin area).
  • Advertising cookies set by Google AdSense to deliver and measure ads. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site or other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting myadcenter.google.com or www.aboutads.info/choices.
  • Analytics cookies used to understand aggregate traffic patterns.

Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies via settings. Disabling certain cookies may limit parts of the Service.

How We Use Information

  • Deliver coloring pages, downloads, and books you request.
  • Measure aggregate traffic and improve the Service.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
  • Send newsletter emails if you have subscribed.
  • Comply with legal and tax obligations.

Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

  • Legitimate interest — security, abuse prevention, aggregate analytics, and core service operation.
  • Consent — advertising cookies and newsletter subscription.
  • Contract — to fulfill purchases you make.
  • Legal obligation — to retain records where required by law (for example, accounting records).

Third-Party Services

The following processors help us operate the Service. They may process limited technical data on our behalf.

  • Vercel, Inc. (United States) — hosting and content delivery. Privacy policy.
  • Google LLC / Firebase (United States) — database, file storage, and administrator authentication. Privacy policy.
  • Google AdSense (United States) — advertising. Review how Google uses ad data.
  • Replicate, Inc. (United States) — server-side AI generation of coloring pages. We do not send visitor data to Replicate.
  • Pinterest, Inc. (United States) — we publish pins linking to our pages. We do not share visitor data with Pinterest beyond what is publicly visible on the Service.

These providers may process data in the United States or other countries outside the EU/EEA. International transfers rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses as appropriate.

Data Retention

  • Aggregate analytics are kept indefinitely in non-identifiable form.
  • Rate-limiting records are kept in memory only and purged within minutes.
  • Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe.
  • Purchase and accounting records are retained as required by Danish law (typically five years).

Children’s Privacy

Our coloring pages are suitable for all ages, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us at rr@rtrosenberg.dk and we will delete it.

Your Rights

If you are in the EU/EEA or the United Kingdom, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion of your data (the “right to be forgotten”).
  • Restrict or object to how we process your data.
  • Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) or your local supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at rr@rtrosenberg.dk. We respond within 30 days.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including HTTPS/TLS in transit, encrypted storage, access controls, and rate limiting. No system is perfectly secure; if you discover a vulnerability, please contact us responsibly at rr@rtrosenberg.dk.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance.
